Holden

Holden is the capital city of Liazh and is where Lilani rules from her throne in the Sequin Palace, so named for the glittering designs that spiral over the glass-like structure like garnishes on an exquisite gown. There is a bustling marketplace that is always filled with light and laughter, only quiet in the few hours of night that Liazh sees for each of its day-cycles. There is a darker part of the lovely city, however, where the poor and the depraved slink around in the few shadows they can find. Right along the outskirts of the central marketplace is a place known only as the Dredge, and that is where the unfortunate crawl.
